She could not even manage to keep the most basic facts of the case straight. Her decision was riddled with factual errors that devastated the case. She refused to correct these errors on reconsideration, ignoring our substantial evidence to prove our case. She as well as the other two judges, Donn Kessler, and Maurice Portley, failed to adhere to the Black Letter Law that states that they will review the case in the light most favorable to the party against whom summary judgmnet was granted instead choosing to review in the light most favorable to the party who won summary judgment. They also failed to adhere to the law that states that conflicts in the evidence are to be resolved by a jury. They decided that they would be both judge and jury in this case. The sources we received the information from are conservative lawyers who know their opinions/decisions well, but don't dare dare reveal who they are due to the arguably unconstitutional AZ Bar rule preventing attorneys from criticizing judges. WE can vouch for their accuracy, these attorneys are very impressive members of the community, that's unfortunately all we can say. Hopefully some day the bogus rule prohibiting the free speech of attorneys will be repealed. But it will be a difficult fight, since the Bar is controlled by the left, and they want to silence information about the judges in order to prevent the public from being informed and able to vote them out of office.AZ Judges Reviewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08485404450165171762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1657625581182371926.post-90564447887770174152008-10-26T22:55:00.000-07:002008-10-26T22:55:00.000-07:00I also agree, can we get a confirmation that Johns...I also agree, can we get a confirmation that Johnsen, Orozco and Timmer are liberal?
